You are invited to this intense 4 hour analysis of your swim stroke with technique instruction. The instructor will video your stroke and review their analysis of your technique. The cost is $55 if you pay by January 15. (Fantastic Price)
This is a great opportunity to review your technique and improve on it in the off season. Also, a fantastic opportunity for newbie triathletes.
