Regular registration for the 2010 Mach Tenn Triathlon is now full. We have reached our 350 participant limit. There are a limited number of late charity registrations available.

Course Description Swim: 0.6 mile -- Lake swim in Woods Reservoir with an approximate 6 second interval seeded start. Bike: 16 miles -- Loop around the lake with some rolling hills but no hard climbs. Run: 4 miles -- Out and back with rolling hills. Race Format Swimmers will start sequentially in a "time trial" format. Participants will be seeded by estimated swim and bike times provided on registration form Swimmer #1 will start at 8:00 am with succeeding swimmers starting as approximate 6 second intervals

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
