Bikers must walk their bikes from the bike rack to Harrison Ave where they may mount their bike. Bikers must dismount their bikes on Harrison prior to entering the transition area to rack their bikes. Certified bicycle helmets are MANDATORY during the bicycle leg of the triathlon. Helmets must be on your head and secured prior to leaving the transition area and must be worn during the bicycle leg until the biker enters the transition area.
Race packet pick up and body marking will take place in the YMCA exercise facility from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
100 yards (4 laps) - YMCA pool. Two swimmers per lane 4 mile bike - YMCA, east on Harrison, right on Royal Oak Drive, right on Knox McRea, right on Harrison to the YMCA 1.75 run on Harrison Ave sidewalk.
