USAT will do an audit of all registrations to verify coaching certifications.
The fee includes the following catered meals: lunch on Sept.22 and Sept.23 and dinner on Sept.23. Snacks will also be provided. All meals and snacks will be served at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations between May 2-June 30, 2008 will result in a $50 penalty.
Cancellations between July 1-August 21, 2008 will result in a $150 penalty.
Cancellations on or after August 22, 2008 will result in no refund, no exceptions.
