Regarding the running route, it is relatively flat at the start; you will have one hill climb during the first third of the race, a very small hill climb at the halfway point, and then a return downhill to the transition area. The same route is being used for the first and final run.
Regarding the biking route, you'll find some terrain change throughout the course. The first three miles are relatively flat, but have some turns while riding through town. At approx. 3.2 miles, you'll have an approx. 200' elevation increase over a very short distance, with another 200' elevation increase at the 9.6 mile marker. The last three miles are relatively flat as you return to the park and the transition area. As mentioned previously, you will have two railroad crossings throughout the bike course.
Separate parking for racers will be available.
