Brief Description

The Crabman Sprint is located in the beautiful beach setting of Matunuck, RI. This course is flat and fast. Great for the veteran looking for a PR, or the newbie looking to enter the sport of Triathlon. Check out race maps for new bike course. Also new to 2010, we are offering an elite wave as well as Clydesdale and Athena Classes.

Additional Information

Registration Fees are $75 thru February 1st; $85 after February 1st. Relay Teams are $120.00. Registration is limited to the first 600 athletes/relay teams. All athletes, including all relay members, must be active members of USA Triathlon. Membership Fees are not included in the registration fee. If you are not a member of USA Triathlon, you may purchase a one-day license at Packet Pick-Up on Friday, July 23rd at NBX or Saturday, July 24th at Mat. Elem. School for $10.00. There will be race day registration for $90.00, but please call ahead to confirm that spaces are available, as we anticipate this race to sell out quickly!

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
