Each clinic is 90 minutes 30 min on land and 60 minute in-water. We will do all 25’s (50's for the INT. class) and you will get plenty of rest because we will be focusing on technique and not speed.

Conflicts with the 1/28 - Intermediate Class

As I understand, many people have another function that they would like to attend on Thursday 1/28. The Tri Club San Diego (TCSD) is having their monthly meeting featuring speaker and IM World Champion Craig Alexander. For those of you who would like to attend this event, we will have a make-up class Wednesday night 1/27. Same Time, Same Place. Email me if you have questions.

Additional Information

If the last swim lesson that you had was when you were 8, this is a good class for you. Please take note that there are 2 separate classes. There is a BEGINNER and also an INTERMEDIATE series. I will offer each series in January, February, and March. If you are not sure which class to sign up for, please contact me so that I can direct you. Both classes are designed for both Beginner and Intermediate level swimmers. So if you want to start from the beginning, I would suggest attending the Beginner series first before signing up for the Intermediate Series. For both classes, you will need to bring, a swimsuit, towel, a good-fitting pair of goggles (contact me if you need some suggestions), and warm clothes for the lecture portion since we will be outside.
