Description

The first race of three in the premier triathlon series in Louisiana for beginners and seasoned veterans!


  • Swim: 450 yards (pool swim)
  • Bike: 12 miles
  • Run: 2 miles

  • 7:30 a.m. SHARP!!!
  • Time trial start -- each athlete will self-seed based on estimated swim time.

Packets may be picked up at Sportspectrum on Saturday, May 18 from noon to 3:00 p.m. You must show your USAT member card (or purchase a one-day permit) and your photo ID at pick-up. Friends and family will not be allowed to pick up anyone's packet. Although we encourage early packet pick-up, race day pick-up will be available at the race site beginning at 6:30 a.m.
