Distances

Swim - One (1) mile, out & back; Bike - 24 mile loop, country roads, flat & fast; Run - 6 mile loop in the woods with various surfaces such as pine needles, cinders, sand, dirt. Watch out for the Jersey Devil.

Packet Pickup

Saturday, September 11, 2010 between 7:30 and 8:30 am at the Atsion Lake Recreation Area Pavilon.

Awards

Top three (3) overall finishers male & female will receive plaques. Also top three (3) male & female finishers in each age group (Increments of 5 years) "no duplication of awards" will receive medallions.

Wet Suit

Wet suits optional (your decision) for this triathlon. Water temperature will be 75 +/- degrees.

Make this event and weekend an enjoyable one! Bring your family! Camping facilities available at the race site (www.PineBarrensTri.org). Or spend the weekend visiting Atlantic City, which is only 35 minutes from the race venue (Leave your money).
