Brief Description

Swim instructors will be on hand to offer safety and efficiency tips on land and hands-on coaching in the water. Join us rain or shine! Trek (former Danskin) Swim Course Coordinator Mary Meyer to host these lake-swim training clinics. All Mary Meyer Clinics are co-ed and useful for all races! We STRONGLY SUGGEST you check out and sign up for the Mary Meyer Triathlon Clinics to get more attention and work on transitions along with tips to make your triathlon experience much more efficient. These are EXCELLENT clinics. Many participants do both the Triathlon clinic and Open water clinic on the same day.
