Brief Description

Presented for the 4th yr in a row, this women only ride now has three distances; 20, 45 & 70+ miles. The route is flat for those that choose the 20 & 45 mile option while those that pick the 70+ mile option will have to climb to Pico del Toro in Rio Grande (2500 ft). This is the highest peak of the El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest. This event is the largest women-only cyclist gathering in the Caribbean. The event has been capped off at 250 female riders.

Cancelation Policy

Once you sign up, you commit to the event. We will issue NO refunds (partial or complete), no transfers to other events (partial or complete) nor do we allow the space to be transferred to another person. If you decide to cancel after you have signed up, you will receive your jersey based on the size you requested.

Jersey Pickup...

We will announce the handout date for the jersey. You must claim yours personally showing a valid photo ID. Jerseys will not be delivered to anyone on behalf of a third party. You must pick up your jersey at the designated location ... NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Closing of the event ...

We will close the event once we have reached the cap of 250 riders or we reach the cut-off dates. Registration will only be available via active.com. We will strictly adhere to these rules, so please, refrain from calling any event representative for anything related to these issues.

So what is included with the $80.25 fee?

IVU is included. This bargain fee includes a womens specific full color sublimation jersey (worth around $79 alone plus taxes!!), full zip and three pockets in the rear. In addition, the ride will include all the hydration, food, snacks, fruit, and other goodies mentioned previously. Perks include, mechanical support and medical staff. Other Information

Our beautifully crafted, women specific jersey will be available in your favorite cycling store and other participating commercial establishments in Puerto Rico including a few indoor cycling businesses. Suggested Retail Price is $79 plus taxes. Register today and get yours when you sign up to participate in the event.

Additional Information

This ride starts at 6:30 am, October 3, 2010 and will be a fully supported including rest stops, full mechanical support, support and gear (SAG) vehicles, "broom" wagon, medical support, snacks, fruit, refreshments, water, sports drinks, and light lunch plus a few extra goodies. The registration fee includes a woman specific jersey that will go on sale in participating commercial establishments for around $79 (plus tax)!!
