Brief Description

A 1.25 mile swim from Alcatraz to Aquatic Park in the Bay of San Francisco. This is a challenging, cold-water swim and we recommend all participants to train sufficiently in advance. PRE-CHECK-IN /SWIM BRIEFING:

Saturday, September 3rd - at Sports Basement in Presidio.(610 Old Mason St. S.F.) from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Avoid the morning rush on the morning of the swim. You will receive your number, goodie bag with cap and T-shirt. There will be 2 Swim Briefings and Centurions will be helping each swimmer with directions and tips.
