Entry Fees increase by $10 for all race categories on October 1st, 2010. Registration closes on October 27th, 2010.

Brief Description

Fearless Triathlon San Diego will take place on Fiesta Island in the heart of San Diego’s Mission Bay. Fiesta Island is the birthplace of Triathlon itself so it’s fitting that we’re returning to the sport’s roots to christen the Fearless Triathlon format which consists of athletes completing the swim, bike, run course twice back to back. Join us for this inaugural event as we usher in this unique and exciting race format.

Course Description

Swim 250m * Bike 5 Miles * Run 2 Miles

Fearless Triathlon

Athletes will complete the above course twice back to back transitioning into their Swim gear at the conclusion of the first Run and beginning the course for a second time.

Team Relay

Each Team must consist of 2 members who will complete the above course once each back to back.

Mini Sprint

Athletes will complete the above course once as in a traditional triathlon.

Costume Contest

In the spirit of Halloween Fearless Triathlon San Diego will be having a costume contest among athletes! Bust out your costumes early as awards will be given to the 3 best costumes worn during the race for both males and females.

Awards and Prizes

All athletes will receive a finishers medal and the top 3 athletes from each division will receive custom awards.
