Brief Description

15 min time given in each sport to see the distance each contestant runs in that amount of time. 5 min transition periods. - Swimming- Count the number of laps completed in RITs lap pool. - Biking- distance (calculated by computer) traveled on spinning bike with a set resistance - Running- Laps completed on RITs indoor track
