Brief Description

The inaugural 2010 Ironman 70.3 Racine is scheduled for July 18, 2010. The swim takes place along Lake Michigan’s pristine lakefront, followed by a bike ride on the Modine Manufacturing Bike Course in the scenic countryside of Racine County and finishes with a run on the All Saints Run Course through Racine’s quaint, historic neighborhoods. Ironman 70.3 Racine will serve as one of the worldwide qualifying events for the 2010 Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3. in Clearwater, FL

Refund/Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests must be received in writing via E-mail to Racine70.3@ironman.com. Without exception, all requests must be received on or before June 30, 2010 to be eligible for a partial refund of $75.00 (USD). Transfers or deferrals are NOT permitted.

USA Triathlon’s Age Group Competition rule

All qualifying events will implement both the International Triathlon Federation and USA Triathlon’s Age Group Competition rule: All age group athletes must compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on December 31st of the year of the event.

Ironman 70.3 Racine is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. To complete the online registration process, athletes will need to enter their USAT annual license number or purchase a one-day license ($10.00 USD) during online registration. Athletes must bring their photo identification and show proof of current USAT membership during athlete check-in. Otherwise, it will be required to purchase a one day license on-site. USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
