NEW FOR 2010: Elite men's and women's categories. Category allows all that have a legitimate shot at winning a fair chance to do so. Limit 30 men and 30 women in first 2 heats of race. Awards given to top 3 elite men and top 3 elite women. Elite participants not eligible for age group awards.
