If you register AFTER March 4th you will need to pay the $12 USA Tri One Day License Fee IF you are not already an annual member. Event benefits charities in Nassau County.

Relay Team : 2 or 3 athletes per Relay Team. 3 Team categories, male, female, mixed. Course: ½ Mile Swim, 11.5 Mile Bike and 3.0 mile run - distance subject to change
