Course Route Description

Swim: Mickler's Landing Beach-Point to Point-1/4 mile parallel to beach with prevailing current. Bike: West on Ponte Vedra Blvd. across A1A to Mickler Rd. up to rotary and west on Palm Valley Rd. Over bridge onto Nocatee Pkwy-CR210. Right on Palm Valley Rd. (old 210) and left on Crosswater Pkwy. to Nocatee rotary. Right on Preservation Trail and west to Tidewater Pkwy for u-turn back to Mickler's via parallel route. Run: 1 1/2 miles North on Ponte Vedra Blvd. then back to Finish at Mickler's

USAT Membership Requirement

DO YOU NEED AN ANNUAL USAT MEMBERSHIP? APPLY ON-LINE AT WWW.USATRIATHLON.ORG. (Adults $39, Youth $5) Your membership must be current on race day or you need to register here as a NON-MEMBER which includes the $10 one-day permit fee.

Age Limit

Age minimum is 12 years old.

Series Dates & Discount

Saturdays, May 15, June 12, and July 10.
ENTER ALL THREE RACES NOW AND GET THE SERIES DISCOUNT!
Must participate in all three races for any Series Award.

Registration

Registration will open in early January, 2010. ENTER EARLY. The race is limited to 500 participants. There is a limit of 15 team spots per race. Last year's races were sold out.

Refund Policy

Absolutely No Refunds/No Rain Date/No Transfers
Please consider your entry fee a contribution to our 501(c) (3) non-profit organization if the race is not held due to weather or you do not participate. The purpose of the competition is to encourage community physical fitness and to support the presentation of eight free concerts, educational outreach opportunities, and art exhibits to the community each year. Thank you.
