Course Route Description

Swim: Mickler's Landing-Pt. to Pt.-1/4 mi. parallel to beach w/prevailing current. Bike: West on Ponte Vedra Blvd. across A1A to Mickler Rd. to rotary & west on Palm Valley Rd. Over bridge to Nocatee Pkwy. Right at Davis Park to Palm Valley Rd. Right on Valley Ridge Blvd. for approx 1.5mi. U turn at turnaround at Valley Ridge Blvd. Go under Nocatee Parkway overpass. Left to on ramp to Nocatee Pkwy. east back to Mickler's on Nocatee Pkwy. Run: 1.5 mi. North on Ponte Vedra Blvd. back to Finish.

1/4 mile ocean swim
13 mile bike
3 mile run

DO YOU NEED AN ANNUAL USAT MEMBERSHIP? APPLY ON-LINE AT WWW.USATRIATHLON.ORG. (Adults $39, Youth $5) Your membership must be current on race day or you need to register here as a NON-MEMBER which includes the $10 one-day permit fee.

Series Dates and Discounts

Saturdays, May 7, June 11, and July 9. ENTER ALL THREE RACES NOW AND GET THE SERIES DISCOUNT! Must participate in all three races for any Series Award.

Age limit

Minimum age is 12 years old (as of 12/31 of current year)

ENTER EARLY. The race is limited to 500 participants. Races sell out.

Refund Policy

Absolutely No Refunds/No Rain Date/No Transfers Please consider your entry fee a contribution to our 501(c) (3) non-profit organization if the race is not held due to weather or you do not participate. The purpose of the competition is to encourage community physical fitness and to support the presentation of eight free concerts, educational outreach opportunities, and art exhibits to the community each year.
