Course: Start, transition & finish will be at Ross Park Aquatic Complex –
2901 S. 2nd Ave,Pocatello, ID.
Getting There: Take the I-15, 5th Ave. exit and head north on 5th Ave for ¾ of a mile. At Barton Rd. take a left and cross 4th Ave heading west. Look for the signs to Ross Park. This road now becomes Fredregill Rd. At the next stop sign, take a left onto 2nd Ave. Follow this road for ½ mile and look for the Aquatics Complex on the right.

Categories will be based on your age as of December 31, 2011
Athena- Women 150 lbs and over, regardless of age
Clydesdale- Men 200 lbs and over, regardless of age
Team: Women’s, Men’s and Mixed: 50-69, 70-89, 90-109, 110-129, 130-149, 150-169, 170-189, 190-209, 210-239, 240-269 (Based on the sum of all team member’s ages.)
Entry Deadline: July 14, 2010 to guarantee a t-shirt $10.00 surcharge after this date,
$20 surcharge to register the day of the race
Entry Fees: Solo: $40.00 Team: $40.00/person
(Seniors 50 or better register through senior games office)
Packet Pick Up: July 23 5:30 am-6:30 am at the Ross Park Aquatic Complex (or with senior
games for those 50 and better)
Race Starts: Wave 1 begins 7:00 a.m. at the Ross Park Aquatic Complex.
Race Rules:
Bibs: Bib numbers must be worn during the run and bike sections. Numbers will be
written on the swimmers arm.
Bike: This is a NO DRAFTING EVENT. A space of 3 bike LENGTHS must be left
between riders. Entering this space is only allowed to pass a rider ahead. Drafting
will result in a time penalty. A bicycle helmet (ANSI or SNELL approved) is
mandatory during the entire bike leg and must be fastened before mounting
and after dismounting the bike – this includes warm-up!! Do not cross center of
road on bike course.
Transition Area: No riding is permitted in transition area.
Teams: A hand touch is required between team members before the next leg can start.
Lunch: A meal will be provided to all participants after the race and before the awards.
Awards: The top 3 finishers will receive medals, draw prizes will also be awarded
