Additional Information
This "Series" is designed for novices. At the same time, it offers great time trial / training brick or grudge match for the experienced athlete.
The swim is warm (72+ degrees) clean lake, (wet suits allowed but are not necessary).
The bike course exits the park and is an open paved road and the run is within the park on packed jeep fire trail.
This event is non-competitive and time is not recorded. A clock at finish line is provided for you to view your personal time.
Preregistration is encouraged to avoid and additional $10. race day fee.
You must use a bike helmet (ANSI approved) and swim cap! Caps are available for purchase at event sites.
Pleasanton location will impose a $6 parking fee. Please be prepared. Car pooling is recommended.
Transition areas are fenced and guarded - only entrants are allowed in.
