Brief Description

Hosted by the Pleasant Grove Swim Team. We invite your entire family to come out 5k run, 8mile bike 500m swim.Kids- 1mile run, 3 mile bike, 250m swim. USAT sanctioned. All proceeds benefit the Pleasant Grove Swim Team! Only online registration this year. No race day registration will be accepted.

SIgn up early to guarantee your spot!!

We are ordering plenty of shirts but we can't guarantee you'll get one if you sign up the last week. Please register early.

Reverse Triathlon, run, bike swim. Medals for all finishers. Fun first Tri for kids and adults. Register early , no same day registration. Check in at 7am, Kids run at 8am, adult and team at 9am
