Course Description:
Swim 300 yards snake swim in our beautiful Twin Rivers Water Park 6 lane, 25 yards outdoor pool.
Bike 13 miles out and back course on scenic county roads with plenty of hills to challenge the sprint distance.
Run 3.1 miles out and back course taking you through the City of Plattsmouth's Historical Downtown District. The course is challenging with plenty of hills.
Event schedule and times
Packet Pick-ups: Friday June 21st, 5:30am-7:00pm, Located at the Plattsmouth Community Center 308 S 18th Street. Plattsmouth, Ne 68048.
Day of Plattsmouth Sprint Triathlon- Transition Area/Check-in opens at 6:00am and closes at 7:45am.
Mandatory Race Meeting 7:45am
2013 Sprint Triathlon start: 8am
Post Sprint Triathlon Awards Party: Elite 11am Non-Elite and Teams 12:00
Lunch will be provided for all athletes. Friends and Family of athletes: $2.50 per meal. Everyone swims for FREE!!!
