300 yrd SWIM 15 mile BIKE 3 mile RUN
Swim 300 yard- Snake swim in our beautiful outdoor Twin Rivers Water Park pool.
Bike 15 Miles Out and Back rolling hills course on scenic county roads. Helmets Required.
Run 3 miles Out and Back course through Plattsmouth Historical neighborhood streets and trails with challenging hills.
Race Solo or Relay the coarse.

Packet Pick-ups: Friday June 22nd, 5:30am-7:00pm, Located at the Plattsmouth Community Center 308 S 18th Street. Plattsmouth, Ne 68048.
Day of Plattsmouth Sprint Triathlon- Transition Area/Check-in opens at 6:00am and closes at 7:45am.
Mandatory Race Meeting 7:45am
2012 Sprint Triathlon start: 8am
Post Sprint Triathlon Awards Party: Elite 11am Non-Elite and Teams 12:00
Lunch will be provided for all athletes. Friends and Family of athletes: $2.50 per meal. Everyone swims for FREE!!!
