Twin Cities Triathlon is a sprint event located at Buhlow Lake in Pineville, Louisiana. See details for directions to the transition area. Additional Information

Package pickup will be on Friday, May 14 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Red River Cyclery located at 3920 Jackson Street, Alexandria, LA 318-473-4256. Then at the race cite starting at 5 am, Saturday morning. Transition opens at 5am and closes at 7:45 am. Please register early!! We plan on an early sellout this year. If you register for the race from May 14 until Race Day, we cannot guarantee a race packet, so please register early prior to May 14, 2010.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
