Brief Description

300 yard lake swim (individual start), 12 mile bike on an open course, 3 mile run on closed course.

Directions

From Montgomery, take exit 16 off of I-85. Take first right onto Marlar road. Go 2.3 miles and take a left into The Waters. Please do not park on roads. The transition area/finish line is towards the back of the neighborhood. There is parking in the church parking lot.

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be held at Montgomery MultiSport, 8107 Vaughn Road, on May 13 from 4 - 7pm.

Race Management

This race will be managed by Montgomery MultiSport, www.montgomerymultisport.com, the Swim/Bike/Run experts in central Alabama. Schedule your swim analysis in our Endless Pool, bike fit with our LaserFit video bike fit system or Foot/Gait Analysis with our IStep/Treadmill Video system.

Additional Information

This is a beginner triathlon; however the course does have some hills. There will be prizes for top three, male and female; top Masters, male and female; top Athena (female over 140 lbs); top Clydesdale (male over 200 lbs); top three, male and female in age groups 15 and below, 16-20, 21 - 25, 26 - 30, 31 - 35, 36 - 40, 41 - 45, 46 - 50, 51 - 55, 56 - 60, 61 - 65, 66 - 70, 71+.
