Brief Description

The Big Rock Olympic distance Tri is a 2 loop lake swim (1.5 k) and 2 loop bike (40 k) with flat, and gradual up and down hill sections and 2 short steep climbs then a flat out and back 10k run with some small rolling hills

The Big Rock Sprint distance Tri is a 1 loop lake swim (800 yds) and 1 loop bike (12 mi) with flat and gradual up and down hill sections and 1 short steep climb then a flat out and back 3 mi run with some small rolling hills

Additional Information

The Big Rock Olympic distance Tri and The Big Rock Sprint distance Tri will be held on the same day on the same course.

The Big Rock will have 2 loops on the swim and 2 loops on the bike with an out and back 10 k run.

The Big Rock Sprint will have 1 loop on the swim and 1 loop on the bike with an out and back 3 mi run.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SIGN UP FOR THE DISTANCE YOU WANT TO RACE!
