Swim Course:
SWIM: The swim course (which is one 1500m lap) starts off the Chesapeake Boathouse docks. Athletes head west upriver and after a couple hundred meters athletes make two left turns around a couple buoys and head east down river. At the east end of the swim course athletes go around a couple buoys and head back west toward the boat ramp. They exit the water and head up the slight hill to Transition. There will be a turn buoy for the Juniors when they take the course .
Bike Course
BIKE: The bike course (which is four 10K laps) heads north up Lincoln Boulevard towards the Oklahoma State Capitol Complex. Athletes circle the Capitol and return south on Lincoln Boulevard towards the Chesapeake Boathouse and three more laps. Juniors only bike two laps.
Run Course
RUN: The run course (which is four 2.5K laps) is on the Oklahoma River Trails and heads west from the Chesapeake Boathouse for 1.25K. Athletes then turn around and head back east to the Boathouse. After passing through Transition athletes run three more laps. Juniors only run two laps.
Prize Money
There will be a total prize purse of $30,000 for the Elite races. The breakdown for both men and women is as follows.

3rd - $2,250
4th - $1,500
5th - $1,200
6th - $1,050
7th - $900
8th - $600
9th - $450
10th - $300
Speedo Bonus - U.S. Elite Athletes
Speedo is offering a total of up to $5,000 in bonus money to U.S. Elite athletes that finish in the top three places.
1st - $1,500
2nd - $750
3rd - $250
Registration for PATCO Championships
ALL elite athletes must register both through their National Federation as well as at www.active.com. If an athlete has not register through both their National Federation as well as Active.com 7 days out from the event, they will be unable to compete. Please be sure to check ITU's website for the start list to confirm your National Federation has registered you. Athletes may check www.boathousetriathlon.org to confirm their entry through the race organizers. Thanks for your cooperation.
USA Triathlon License or US Foreign Elite License
Athletes must have either a USA Triathlon License or a US Foreign Elite License. This should be entered during registration and brought to packet pickup (i.e. athlete briefing) along with a photo ID. Foreign athletes not possessing such will need to purchase a one-day license for $10 when they register on-line.
Juniors - Age Requirement
Juniors must be 16 -19 on December 31, 2009 in order to qualify as a Junior Elite.

Packet Pickup
Packet pickup for Elites and Juniors will be during their respective pre-race briefings.
Directions to the Event
Directions will be posted as we get closer to race day. In the mean time just google the start race location.
Parking
Parking will be provided both within walking distance and at an offsite location where a shuttle will be utilized. More information will be provided as race day nears.
Aid Stations
Aid stations will provide water and an electrolyte drink. There will be an aid station just outside Transition and two on the Run Course.
Timing
The races will be electronically timed and the results information provided by Fleet Feet Timing Tulsa.
Photographs
There will be photographers on site to take event photographs.
Refund Policy
Even though we realize that circumstances beyond an athlete's control might cause him/her to miss the race, registration fees are non-refundable.
There will be NO TRANSFERS & NO REFUNDS.
