Brief Description

Choose your sport: Open Water Swim of 1.5 miles or Sprint Triathlon of .5mi swim, 11.3mile bike, 3.1 mile run. Same run course as 2009. Two full loops this year for the bike and a full run around the lake for the run. 3 person team relays! Send questions to racedirector@swimfasttrifast.com

REGISTER BEFORE JULY 24TH IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE THAT YOU GET A RACE SHIRT. Those that register after July 24th - no guarantee on receiving a shirt / correct size. (Prices below are based on being a USAT member: add $10 to these prices if you need to purchase one day insurance thru USAT) $55 entry thru April 30th $60 entry thru June 15th $65 entry thru July 31st $70 entry until closed. (Limited number of slots so registration may close earlier than the stated close date.) Open water swim registration fees based on USAT membership (again add $10 for the one day USAT insurance if not a yearly USAT member) @ $25/entry thru May 31st @ $30/entry thru August 8th @ $40/entry post Aug 8th

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
