Brief Description

Sprint Tirathlon Swim 1K, Bike 15K, Run 5K. The swim will a triangular course on Lake Pennessewassee with a transition to a relatively flat bike course along country roads and back to the transition to the run on country roads overlooking the lake

Directions

From I 95 the Main Turnpike, take exit 63 to route 26 north to Norway. Turn left, in Norway, onto route 117. Through town and past Lake stay straight onto 118. Look for Park entrance on right

Additional Information

The race will begin promtly at 8:00 AM EDT. Awards will be given for first through third place finishes, overall, in men and women individual and relays. Awards will also be given to first through third finishers in age groups 19 and under and every 10 year age intervals

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
