Individual Entry - a racer completes the entire event individually

Individual Entry plus Jimmy Riccitello Training Plan - Jimmy Riccitello created a 16-week training plan for the River Roux Triathlon. Jimmys plan will help you balance your training with other aspects of your life as you strive to reach your triathlon goals. The plan builds a well-balanced fitness foundation and then hones in on the specific physiological needs to maximize your potential on race day. In general, it places a weekly focus on basic swimming needs, one key interval session for the bike and the run, and one key long session for the bike and the run. It is designed for beginning to intermediate level triathletes and can easily be modified to accommodate more experienced triathletes. Plan start date is July 23rd, you will get the plan downloaded into a free Training Peaks account that you set up (easy to do, a couple clicks) a few days before July 23rd. Instructions will be in your confirmation email.

Relay Team - 2 or 3 racers compete as a team, with each racer doing one (or two) legs of the race. Team Captain will register online, setup the Relay Team name and create a password. The remainder of the team must register online as well, using the password provided by the Team Captain.
