This race includes a 750 meter swim, 17.5 mile bike and a 5k run. Registration begins 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 3, 2010. Entry fees are $55.00 for individuals and $85.00 for relay teams before Thursday, June 10, 2010; $65.00 for individuals and $105.00 for relay teams before Wednesday, July 07, 2010; $75.00 for individuals and $125.00 for relay teams before Sunday, July 11, 2010. On-line registration for this event closes on 07/08/2010 at 7:30 AM.

Additional Information

The swim is a 750 meters in the Lake Harris. It will be a point to point swim. The start and finish of the swim are about 400 yards apart. The bike course is one 17.5 mile loop. The course is rolling and takes place on rural county roads. The roads are open to traffic - but traffic is usually fairly light. The 5k run course is an out & back with a loop. The course is rolling and moderately shaded.
