Brief Description

The site for this event is Brodie Park on West Hill Lake in New Hartford, CT. It is an olympic distance race: 9/10 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run. The SWIM is a surveyed distance in spring fed, pristine, potable West Hill Lake. The BIKE is diverse, and has gradual climbs, steep climbs, fifty mph downhills and demands your attention. The RUN is rural around a very pretty neighborhood on pavement.

Brodie Park offers athletes its beautiful waters and venue in Litchfield Hills. Athletes will enjoy the "soul" of this race venue.

Non USAT member - Relay Team Member = $50.00 through 7/24/11 @ 11:59PM EST; $60.00 through 8/16/11 @ 11:00AM EST.
Non USAT member - Solo - Aqua/Bike Division = $65.00 through 7/24/11 @ 11:59PM EST; $75.00 through 8/16/11 @ 11:00AM EST.

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
