Incredibly picturesque setting on Clark's Point in New Bedford. Perfect for the multisport novice.

Weather Policy

Race management reserves the right to cancel all or part of the race for weather related or other safety reasons. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or act of God beyond our control a partial credit towards the 2013 race would be offered.

Registration Fee Reimbursement

In partnership with 365Competitors, we are excited to offer athletes the Registration Fee Reimbursement service. This service is an insurance program that offers you a 100% refund of your registration fee if you get sick or injured prior to race day. Register by December 31, 2011 and Sun Multisport Events will cover the incremental cost of this service. Thereafter, athletes will have the option of purchasing this coverage for an incremental fee during the registration process.

Requires USAT License and Photo ID

Adult license $10.00 for one day license purchased with this registration, or supply annual USAT license number and expiration date online and at packet pick up Photo ID required at packet pick up.

Course map to come for this flat, fast and scenic ride that hugs the coastline of New Bedford's Clark's Point.

The Beginner Wave

The Beginner Wave is for athletes new to the sport of triathlon and prefer to be grouped with others like them. The Beginner Wave will be the last wave sent into the water to start the race.

Spacious Transition on grass 0.25 mi. beach to beach swim in Clark's Cove Flat, fast 12 mi. bike in closed lane Run 3.1 mi. out around Fort Taber and back
