Brief Description

This race is a blast! The race is billed as the “Ultimate Urban Adventure Race” for its uncanny ability to combine pure athleticism with thought-provoking strategy. Your team will run-bike-paddle-climb- and perform other crazy athletic stuff to race around the city, answering clues and completing tasks. This amped, one-day race will have you doing things and in places you never experienced before!

Mileage

30 to 40 miles for the Full Course. 4 to 6 hours depending on speed and ability to solve clues and navigation.

Mandatory Disciplines

Running and Biking. Must be 12 or older to participate. Must have texting capability on cell phone- this is how clues are distributed to your team.

Divisions

Traditional Teams (3 people, compete in Full Course); Oyster Relay (4 to 6 people, compete in Full Course); Half Oyster (3 people, compete in Half Course); Not sure what course is for you and your team, check our website from more complete explanation- oysterracingseries.com

Early Bird Pricing

Traditional/Relay Teams- $70/person; Half Teams- $60/person. Expires 30 days before the event on August 19th, 2010 at Midnight.

Regular Pricing

Traditional/Relay- $80/person; Half Teams- $70/person.

Donations

There is a mandatory minimum $100 donation/team in addition to race fee. Funds raised go to a local non-profit. Prizes, Rockefellers and Course Clues available when more is raised. Collect donations and read more at www.OysterRacingSeries.com. This donation is not included in your registration fee.
