Distances are 400m swim, 13 mile bike, and 2 mile run through the beautiful swamp around Morgan City. Limited to 200 participants with awards going to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall male and female, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in USAT standard age groups. Lake End Park has beautiful cypress trees, a cool lake, and a lot of snakes. Proceeds benefit St. Mary Outreach, a local relief agency. After the race, it's party time - lots of great food, cold beverages, and music. Commemorative T-shirts to all pre-registered race participants.
