Brief Description

Come to Monroe, LA for your early season race! This is a great first-timers race or as a tune-up for the rest of the season. Swim: 400 meter staggered pool swim; starting time will be based on estimated swim time - time trial start. Bike: 11 mile flat and fast; bike course is sure to produce early season PR's. Run: 3 mile run through beautiful ULM! Cross breathtaking Bayou Desiard on your way on and to finish this flat, speedy course in the Grove!

Packet Pick up

Packet pick-up and late registration on March 19th will be held from 5-7pm at the ULM Human Performance Laboratory in Fant-Ewing Coliseum located on Northeast Dr., Monroe, LA 71209, (318) 342-1310. Race day packet pick up will be at the ULM Activity Center across from the Natatorium.

Race day packet pick-up will be from 7:00-8:00am at the ULM Activity Center.

Chip Pick up

The Warhawk Triathlon will be Champion Chip Timed by Atomic Racing Systems. Chip pick-up will be on RACE DAY ONLY in the ULM Natatorium Lobby.

Body Marking

Body Marking will be conducted in just outside the transition area in the ULM Natatorium parking lot.

Bike Course

This year's bike course will be the same direction as last year's. See the following link for a course map - http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=114259. This map has the '07 course mapped out. It is a flat and fast bike course with some technical turns along the way.

Run Course

This year's run course will be the same as in years past. See the following link for a course map - http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=106155. It's flat, fast, and scenic crossing Bayou Desaird twice and going through ULM's campus.

Participant Limit

Registration is limited to the first 175 entrants. We guarantee you will receive this year's packet stuffer if you are one of the first 150. So be sure to register early to reserve your spot in the 4th annual Warhawk Triathlon.

If you are a ULM student or Vantage Multisport or other USAT sanctioned club member, please contact Brian Coyne (coyne@ulm.edu) before registering to receive a "coupon code" to access the discount for ULM students and/or the discount for Vantage Multisport or USAT sanctioned club members. Families and participants will enjoy this very spectator friendly race course. Watch your racer swim in the pool, leave out on the bike & go by the transition area twice, then see them head out on the run before heading to the finish line. Cheer on the participants as they pass you by and gain energy from all the excitement. And new this year are Clydesdale & Athena divisions!
