Description

At the sound of the gun you will jump into one of the most beautiful, and clean lakes in all of New England. The swim will be in a triangle shape around lake Quassapaug. You will transition and jump on a fun and challenging bike course. Be ready for some climbs and fun descents. On the run whether you are enjoying the scenic view of Lake Quassapaug or the rural beauty of Middleburys Historic District this run has something for everyone. Event schedule and times

The expo will be open starting Friday afternoon. Athletes who are racing the Olympic will be required to pick up their race packets by Friday, May 31st at 7pm and have their bikes checked into transition by 8pm.


Athletes who are racing the Half will be required to pick up their race packets by Saturday, June 1st at 6pm and have their bikes checked into transition no later than 7pm.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
