Kids Course

200 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run. For ages 5-12. The "Kids Distance" event will start with its own wave after the Long and Short Course have started. Kids course stays within the college limits.

Short Course

400 yard swim - 6 mile bike - 2 mile run
Pool swim. Bike is very flat out and back. Run is fast city streets.

Long Course

800 yard swim - 24 mile bike - 6 mile run
Pool swim. Bike has some gradual uphills but very smooth, fast out and back. Run is flat, fast out & back city streets.

Pool Swim

Great for first-timers and youth. Short course will be 8 lengths and long course will be 16 lengths. Swimmers will start in waves.

Entry Fees

Kids Course: $35, Day-of Fee $40
Short Course: $65, Day of Fee $75
Long Course: $75, Day of Fee $85
Relays (long course only): $215, Day of Fee $245

Awards

Kids Distance - 2 year age brackets, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12
Short & Long Course, 3 deep in 5-year age groups. Trophies to overall winner and masters.

Directions to race

Northbound 99: - Take "G" Street exit. Turn right on "G" Street to Yosemite Avenue. Turn left on Yosemite to the college on right.
Southbound 99: - Take "R" Street exit. Turn left on "R" Street to Yosemite Avenue. Turn right on Yosemite to the college on left.
