Brief Description

.25 mile swim in prestine cedar lake water. The course is marked with numerous orange bouys, lifeguards, row boats, paddle boats, motorboats, the rescue/dive team...The 10.2 mile bike follows the swim. These roads are closed to vehicular traffic and is an out and back on a flat course. The 3.2 mile run is the final leg which wraps around the residential community. Mile markers every mile and there are at least 4 waterstops on the course.

Lake Lenape Triathlon

.25 mile swim followed by a 10.2 mile bike, ending with a 3.2 mike run.

Additional Information

Age group awards every 5 year increments. This race is friendly to the beginner, novice as well as the seasoned, competitive triathlete. This is the 20th annual triathlon under the same management at Lake Lenape Triathlon.
