Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 15 miles, Run 3.1 miles. Swim 1/4 mile in the Gulf of Mexico. Wave Start. Bike 15 miles out and back thru Marco Island and Key Marco. Run 3.1 miles Beach Run on the beautiful wide white sandy beach hard packed sand. Top 5 Overall. Top 3 each age division. Teams Top 3 in Each Divison.
