We will also provide you with one or two weekly workouts to do in between our class meetings to help you build on what you've learned in class and maintain your comfort in the water. For triathletes, we will also practice mass starts, sighting, and other triathlon specific skills. At the end of this class you'll feel much more comfortable in the water, much more in control of your swimming, and much, much faster.
Folks considering this program MUST be able to swim at least 2 lengths of a 25 yard pool without rest.
Time: 7:00am - 8:00am
Where / When: This 11-week program meets Mondays from January 14th thru April 15th with NO scheduled class on Feb 4th, March 18th or March 25th at Seahorse Fitness at 69 Columbia St in Manhattan's Lower East Side.

SeaHorse Fitness is a short walk from the F, J, M or Z trains and the Delancey St subway stop. The M14 bus will drop you off right in front of the facility.
