400 yard pool swim - 8 mile bike - 2 mile run

Flat and Fast course, for speed and FUN!

Do the TRIATHLON (swim, bike, run), or do the DUATHLONn (run, bike, run), or skip the run and do the AQUABIKE (bike, swim). Or gather up a team and do a 2 person or 3 person RELAY team in the triathlon. Something for everyone here!
