400 yard pool swim - 8 mile bike - 2 mile run

Come and race the TRIATHLON (swim, bike, run),

or the DUATHLON (run, bike, run),

or skip the run and do the AQUABIKE (swim, bike).

Or come race as a RELAY with a 2 or 3 person team in the triathlon.

It's LADIES' CHOICE!!!
