Race location and description

Located just minutes from Long Beach Island, Stafford offers a unique location for a multi-sport race. The Stafford Tri/Du/Aqua consists of a 1/4 mile swim in a deep fresh water lake. A 10 mile bike on partially closed roads and a nice fast 3.1 mile run through a quite neighborhood.

New 11 mile bike course this year, to include Manahawkin Causway Bridge.
