Entry fees are non-refundable. Entries can be transferred to next year's event through May 1, 2010 with prior written approval from the race director. Entry may not be transferred to another athlete. A $30 transfer fee applies. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions. Race management also reserves the right to accept or reject all entry forms.
