The MNB2B is a four day, 530 mile TEAM Adventure Triathlon of biking, running, and canoeing while orienteering and competing in two, three, and four person teams. Day 1 - Bike over 200 miles; Day 2 - Bike over 200 miles; Day 3 - Run 50 miles; Day 4 - Canoe 50 miles with 10 portages.

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required.
