Friday 5:00pm Meet and Greet 5:30pm Seminar – Ironman nutrition /hydration and heat accimatisation strategies 6:30pm Seminar – Ironman bike course specifics & tactics for success, pace and heart rate

Saturday

8:00am Training - Ride on Ironman Bike course 1:00pm Lunch OYO 2:00pm Seminar – Swim course strategies and open water techniques 4:00pm Training - Open Water Swim 6:30pm Social/dinner

Sunday

8:00am Seminar - Ironman Run course specifics & tactics for success and run form 9:00am Training - Group Pic + Run training on the Ironman course 12:00 noon, Q & A, Goodies and Goodbyes
