Brief Description

Swim - .5 mile in Lake...Inverted Triangle swim Bike - 2 laps - right onto Alpine Road, right onto East Campground Road then right onto Old York Road (RT 74), right onto (RT 177) at Rossville, right onto Alpine Road, right into Conewago entrance after 2nd lap on the right to transition area. Approx. 18 miles. Volunteers at all turns. Run - 5K - trail run will be clearly marked through the Conewago entrance.

Additional Information

Race held at the Conewago entrance. Chip timing. All proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
