The Greenswell Wellness Triathlon & Duathlon is designed to be a fun event for all individuals regardless of their fitness and experience level. This event is about enjoying it, and being a well-rounded athlete that has the perserverance to do three disciplines back to back. For 2013, the event features an all-new bike and running course.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required.
